What to Expect

Whether you're a bride searching for your dream wedding dress or the Mother of the Bride or Groom looking for an outfit that's every bit as special, our process is designed to be enjoyable, collaborative and completely personal.

Your journey begins with an initial consultation in our Edinburgh studio, where we'll spend time getting to know you, your wedding, your ideas and, just as importantly, how you want to feel on the day. Some clients arrive with hundreds of inspiration photos, while others simply know they haven't found "the one." Both are equally welcome.

We'll discuss styles, fabrics, colours, silhouettes and practical considerations, before creating a design that is completely unique to you. Every garment is designed from scratch, so nothing is chosen from a catalogue or altered from an existing design. This is your opportunity to create something that simply doesn't exist anywhere else.

Once you're happy with the design, we'll take detailed measurements and begin creating your garment. Throughout the process you'll be invited back for a series of fittings, allowing us to perfect every detail and ensure the fit is exceptional. Because each piece is made specifically for you, adjustments and refinements happen naturally as the garment evolves.

Our clients often tell us that one of the most rewarding parts of the experience is seeing their outfit come to life. Watching sketches become fabric, and fabric become a beautifully finished garment, is a memorable part of the wedding journey.
