Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 July 2026

The short version

  • Revide connects brides with independent bridal stores, designers and suppliers — for discovery, messaging and appointment booking.
  • Purchases and appointments are agreements between you and the Business — Revide provides the platform, not the products or services themselves.
  • Use the platform lawfully, keep your account information accurate, and only post honest reviews and content you have the rights to share.
  • Revide Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • AI features such as Aurelia are for general assistance only — always verify important information independently.

This summary is for convenience only — the full Terms below are the authoritative version.

5. About the Revide Platform

Revide is an online platform designed to connect brides with independent bridal stores, designers, suppliers and other businesses within the wedding industry.

Depending on the services available, Revide may allow users to:

  • Discover bridal stores, designers and suppliers.
  • Search for products and services.
  • Book or request appointments.
  • Communicate with businesses.
  • Receive AI-powered assistance and recommendations.
  • Access wedding planning tools and other platform features.

Revide acts as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication and booking between users and Businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Revide is not:

  • The seller of wedding dresses or other products.
  • A party to any contract entered into between users and Businesses.
  • Responsible for the fulfilment of appointments, purchases or services provided by third parties.
  • Responsible for the quality, safety or suitability of products or services offered by Businesses using the platform.

Any agreement for the purchase of goods or services is made directly between the user and the relevant Business.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information on the platform, we cannot guarantee that every listing, product description, price, availability or other information will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

6. User Accounts

Users may browse certain areas of the Revide platform without creating an Account. However, some features are only available to registered users.

When using your Account, you agree to:

  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Use your Account only for lawful purposes.
  • Not allow another person to use your Account without your permission.

  • Your activities may harm Revide, other users or Businesses.
  • We are required to do so by law.

You may close your Account at any time by following the relevant process within the platform or by contacting us directly. Closing your Account will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the Account was closed.

7. Additional Terms for Businesses

If you create, claim or manage a Business profile on the Revide platform, the following additional terms apply.

By claiming or creating a Business profile, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to act on behalf of the Business.
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • You will promptly update your profile if your business information changes.
  • You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any Content, including photographs, logos, videos and other materials.

  • Appointment availability is accurate.
  • Contact information is correct.
  • Prices, services and business information are kept up to date.
  • Content uploaded to the platform complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Appointments and Bookings

Revide may provide functionality that enables users to request, schedule or manage appointments with Businesses.

Any agreement relating to an appointment or the purchase of goods or services exists solely between the user and the relevant Business.

9. Revide Pro and Paid Services

Certain features of the Revide platform may be available only through paid subscriptions or premium services, including Revide Pro.

Where you subscribe to a paid service:

  • You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees.
  • Subscription charges will be billed using your selected payment method.
  • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

Revide may introduce, modify or discontinue paid services from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Where payment cannot be successfully collected, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where changes affect existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect.

From time to time, Revide may offer promotional pricing, free trials or complimentary access to premium features. Such offers are subject to any additional terms communicated at the time of the offer and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

10. Payments

  • You will pay all applicable charges, fees and taxes associated with your use of the Services.
  • Payments may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.

Where applicable, Revide may deduct agreed subscription fees, transaction fees or other charges before distributing funds to Businesses.

Revide is not responsible for errors, delays or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to suspend payment functionality where we reasonably believe fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activity has occurred.

11. AI Services

Revide may provide AI-powered features, including our virtual assistant Aurelia, to help users discover Businesses, answer questions and enhance their experience of the platform.

Where you interact with AI services, you should avoid submitting confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Revide may use AI interactions to improve the quality, safety, performance and reliability of our AI-powered services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue AI features at any time.

  • Your Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Revide does not routinely review all Content uploaded by users and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of user-generated Content.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to remove, restrict or refuse any Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, infringes the rights of others or may expose Revide or its users to legal or reputational risk.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or rights to use, any of Revide's intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

Users retain ownership of the Content they submit to the platform, subject to the licence granted to Revide under Section 12.

Businesses, designers and other third parties retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, product names, photographs and other intellectual property.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Revide platform or its content without our prior written permission, unless permitted by applicable law or these Terms.

Your use of any third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Revide does not own or control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, security, content or business practices.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party products or services.

17. Availability of the Platform

From time to time, we may:

  • Carry out scheduled maintenance.

  • Modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform.
  • Restrict access where necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

We may also experience interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures affecting third-party service providers, telecommunications networks or internet infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revide shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the temporary unavailability of the platform or any of its features.
